Shadow Work Guide + Ancestral Clearing

Service Description

Some Shadows requires psychotherapy to bring an individual to the awareness of the patterns that drives their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we create the space, the container, to process the experience from the perspective of the Mind and the Heart. During this Transformational Coaching Session, AlciYah will strategically examine beliefs, values, thoughts and behavioral patterns by encouraging critical reflection of how one perceive their experiences. Once we identify the invader, we construct a plan to interrupt patterns and behaviour while we remove to triggers. Energy cannot be destroyed it can only be transmuted. We can only clear/transmute negative karmic energy when we act (thoughts, words and deeds) in love. Love is the highest frequency in the universe and at the core of Love is Gratitude and Forgiveness. EXPECTATIONS This session will last 1:15 min. At the beginning of the session, you will speak with your practitioner and explore concerns you would like to work on, We will spend the 40 minutes in this segment. Next we move into the Ancestral Clearing where, the practitioner will work silently through prayer for you. A protocol is followed here that the practitioner will guide you through; questions are used here to identify root cause. Key Notes: Make sure you are in a space where no one or nothing will distract you. During this time, you should be in a restful position, listening and tuning into your body. You may feel some physical sensations, however, not everyone does. You will be required to share a description of sensation if you are ok with it. You will be asked to turn your video on. Observation is a key part of the process. You may feel sensations such as tingling, cold, heat, vibration etc. as the clearing take place. If you are not experiencing a sensation, rest assured, clearing is still taking place and will continue to do so for days after your session is complete.
